How long does it take?
We email you when your film is ready. Delivery times will be confirmed before launch.
Is there snow at my house?
No. Your home looks just like it does in your photos. Snow stays at the workshop.
Is Santa’s Workshop a live camera?
No. It’s a made-up, pre-produced Christmas scene that changes through the season.
Who can order?
Grown-ups only. We never ask children for email addresses or other details.
Will you use my film or photos for marketing?
No, not without asking you separately first.
